bab3c32ec5 Wrap the Vector operators for C# 
This should allow all the normal vector operations as well as silence the
warnings from SWIG.

e90215b0fc These names only make sense for Python 
In future, it might make sense to use these names as the intermediate names
for C# and Java too but for now, keep them separate.
