Miro Iliaš c4dcaaf0f8 Add "-ldl" for static linking ...

Hi Rado,

to fix dirac.x static linking ( OpenMPI+GNU+OPENBLAS ) I had to inser -ldl after -lpthread command.

Please proprage it into DIRAC repo. Thanks.
